There are six minimum eligibility requirements to join the YPP:

1. Your channel must have at least 4,000 hours of watch time in the past 12 months.
2. A minimum of 1,000 Youtube subscribers.
3. You live in a country where Youtube Partner Program is available.
4. Get a Google Adsense account linked to your YouTube channel.
5. There are currently no active community guidelines strikes on your channel.
6. Follow all the Youtube monetization policies.

Once you are accepted into Youtube Partner Program, you can earn money through multiple monetization features.

What Needs to Get Paid by Google Adsense

After your Youtube channel gets approved, there are several revenue thresholds to meet to get the first payment from Google Adsense.

#1: You must be a Part of YouTube Partner Program (YPP)

First, you need to be part of the YouTube Partner Program (which requires 4000 hours of public watch time and 1000 subscribers) to access the monetization features.

#2: Be at least 18 years old

If you want to receive payments from Google Adsense, you must be over 18 years of age. Why is this?

Because Google has some payment threshold, when you meet the first threshold by earning 10$, Google asks you for your account verification. This verification is going to be done with your National ID Card.

Google sends you Address verification (PIN) to your payment address on your ID Card. When you receive your PIN, you enter it in AdSense to verify your address.
